LOVEVENTURE ON AGRICULTURE AND YOUTH EMPOWERMENT INITIATIVE

LoveVENTURE on agriculture and youth empowerment initiative is a non governmental organization which is harnessed to enormous potentials, which members could derive from the pooling and expertise in Entrepreneurship, skills acquisition, agricultural development programs and small business / agribusiness development. With a view to enhancing the socio - economic co-prosperity and co-operation which is geared at the less privileged and down trodden.

The humane nature stands at a very critical turning point, the decisions, actions taken or avoided will lead us further along a path to increased prosperity, love and peace.

Agriculture provides youth a viable ways to harvest success and grow a sustainable future, whereas agricultural development is one of the most powerful tools to end extreme poverty, boost shared prosperity and feed a projected billion of people by 2050.

Whereas youth represent a larger part of the population of our great country and the problems faced by the majority of youth are immersed and urgent -problems such as unemployment, poverty, lack of education, skills and other social activities.

Whereas we are living in a country which is undergoing a process of transformation, reconciliation and developing a Nigerian identity as part of a fast changing continent in this millennium.

Creating a broad range of partnership among individuals, government, educational institution, religious institutions and the media for the sake of love

Love venture on agriculture and youth empowerment initiative was founded by Samuel Emeka Okolie in the year 2020 and was formally incorporated and approved on the 20th of June 2022 as an incorporated trustees by the corporate affairs commission (C.A.C) and also as a nonprofit marking organization in Nigeria, and of which such hopes of the less privileged cannot be abandoned, nor fail to take all necessary steps to ensure that the legacy of so many able predecessors are fulfilled.

DEFINITION OF TERMS

LOVE: The term love means a strong feeling or deep affection for something/ someone and of course the greatest commandment for one another.Love is the most powerful emotion you can experience as a human with enthusiasm of becoming a better person out of ourselves.

VENTURE: The term venture simply refers to a project and activities especially the one that involves taking risk

.SPHERE OF ACTIVITIES

Loveventure on agriculture and youth empowerment initiative activities includes but not limited to participation, empowerment , operational , environmental, and social advocacy. Love venture on agriculture and youth empowerment initiative will promote social changes ,locally or on a broad scale and shall play a critical part in developing the society and promoting the citizens participation in skill acquisition programs, agricultural development programs, entrepreneurship and small business / agribusiness development.

THE AIMS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE ASSOCIATION ARE:

1. To eliminate hunger by reducing poverty through promoting agricultural and yoUTH empowerment practices

2. Promoting sustainable youth development in agriculture and social development.

3. Promoting programmes and strategies for agricultural and youth empowerment

4. To ensure the participation of young people to contribute to the social economic and potential life of our community and country.

5. To work for the social development of the underprivileged individuals in the society.

6. Facilitating development of economic and other mutual beneficial relations between members organization within and outside Nigeria.

7. To facilitate through various means of dynamic development

8. To recognize our role in the African region and the world in promoting peace understanding and friendship through agricultural and youth empowerment initiatives.

9. To provide and ensure an enabling environment for youth in agriculture/entrepreneurship development for members in particular and Nigeria in general.

10. To mobilize resources for specific activities implemented by the organization in areas of operations.

11. To increase the production of human food and sustainment of the economic viability of agricultural system.

12. Developing and strengthening the entrepreneurial qualities in motivation of needs for achievement of members.

Love venture on agriculture and youth empowerment initiative aims to break the vicious cycle of tackling poverty, unemployment, social isolation and restoration of hope for a better future.

MISSION

Facilitates various means of development through the agricultural development and empowerment of all Nigerians.
